Just one of those Random thoughts for today, but I’ve been thinking about barbecue this afternoon.  I like BBQ!  And since great BBQ is one of those things that Kansas City is well-known for all over the world, I thought I would take a minute to tell you about one of my favorite BBQ places in town.  Fiorella’s Jack Stack. It’s awesome! Now, we take our BBQ very seriously here in Kansas City, so I’m sure there are about a bazillion people that would disagree with my opinion of Jack Stack, but I think it’s one of the best places in town to go for BBQ.  Their food is always fresh, quality is consistent, several flavors of sauces to choose from, and their “cheesy corn” is absolutely to die for!

And thinking about it reminded me I did a shoot in 2007 of most of their resturaunts here in the Metro area, and just had to go and dig up some of the photos.  So sit back, relax, take a look at the photos, and I double-dog-dare you to try and not think about some good BBQ.
